Cancellation Policy

Please note that conference registrations are non-refundable. However, registrations can be transferred in accordance with our Substitution of Delegates Policy (see details below). If you have extenuating circumstances, you may submit a substitution request to marketing1@apexevents.cn.

Please be aware that canceling your registration does not cancel your hotel or travel bookings. Attendees are responsible for managing and canceling their own accommodation and travel arrangements.

Substitution of Delegate Policy

Substitutions, including on-site changes, are permitted only with written consent from the original registrant. All substitution requests must be sent via email to marketing1@apexevents.cn. The replacement delegate must represent the same organization as the original registrant.
